Trinity Infratech is a new entrant into the luxury real estate industry in India. Based in Gurugram, it was co-founded by Mukund Mittal and Riddhi Mittal. Its first real estate project, Trinity Sky Palazzos, is an ultra-luxury residential development located on the Dwarka Expressway in Sector 88B, covering an area of 11 acres, offering a range of 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes with Versace interiors, private swimming pools, Italian marble floors, smart home technologies, and numerous premium amenities including a beach and a 1.5 lakh square metre clubhouse. The company will also develop additional large-scale projects in FY 2024-25 aiming for revenues of ?10,000 crore (about $1.5 billion). In partnership with Seetu Kohli Home, Trinity has elevated its branding with Versace Home interiors in select units of its properties. As the Dwarka Expressway becomes more prominent and necessary, Trinity aims to capture more of the available opportunity created by developing its projects to take advantage of greater connectivity to the wider metropolitan area of Delhi-NCR and to be a leading luxury real estate developer within North India's luxury real estate landscape.
